AML Clinical Services was founded in 2000 by Anne-Mie Lenaers. She has a degree in nursing and a master degree in sociology. The combination of these two degrees turned out to be ideal in clinical research.

She started her career in clinical research in 1994 in a contract research organisation as a Clinical Research Associate and rapidly progressed to Senior CRA and the Project Management Level.

In the year 2000, Anne-Mie Lenaers founded AML Clinical Services, a monitoring group. Under her supervision, a well trained and motivated team of CRAs collaborate closely on various projects.
The team has different backgrounds and interests and also has a good knowledge of several languages (French, English, Dutch, basic German).

AML Clinical Services has extensive experience in managing and monitoring clinical trials in many therapeutic areas.
